March 31, 2006. No Pressure, Part 2

Hey, there.

Going to be in "Murrland" on Saturday, April 1 and can't find anything to do (Hardly likely, but humor me!)?

Come visit with me at Karibu Books at Prince George's (P.G.) Plaza, 3500 East/West Highway, Hyattsville, MD from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. There'll be cider, and cheese, and gourmet crackers...

Is it bribe or is it Memorex...?

Wendy it was so wonderful to meet you and I am SIMPLY LOVING the first book. I decided to start with that one and let a co-worker read the second one until I am finished. I mean I can identify so much in this book. The emotion of Lisa and you know you took me there with the "Back to Life" memory...yes I singing out loud, with a huge smile on my face...remembering my days in good ol Philly. It is hard for me to put this book down. Its a refreshing read. There's a since of purety, some books are cloudy and heavy and this one isn't. Keep up the excellent work! Much Love

I was so happy that you came, Keesh! You cannot know how good it is to see a friendly face at events. It makes it less "You and me against the world." I'm glad you like the book too. You know me... slavishly aiming to please. BTW, I'm gonna be in your neck of the woods this weekend, speaking to a book club. I'll be sure to say, "Hell-uh." LOL!!!!
